DIRECTIONS FOR USE

Water Intake Guidelines

Hydrate yourself – multiply your weight in kilograms by 0.03 and drink at least as much fluid during the day. Add a quarter teaspoon of sea or Himalayan salt to each litre of water. 70 kg person should therefore drink at least 2.1 litres of water - 70 kg x 0.03 = 2.1 l.

ReMag®: Do not take undiluted. ReMag® is a powerful mineral concentration and should not be placed directly into your mouth. Place a 1 dosage cup [2.5 ml] in 200ml of water and consume in one sitting or put into 1 litre of water and sip throughout the day. For optimum results take at least two or more servings a day as needed or as directed by your healthcare provider. May be taken with or without food.

We recommend starting very slowly**: take a half of a dosage cup per day (1.25 ml) and increase by a quarter of dosage cup every 2 days to reach the required dose of 1 dosage cup per day.

**Sensitive people should start even more slowly (1- 5 drops during the morning). The addition of highly absorbable magnesium to a hypersensitive organism can lead to tumultuous reactions.

Pico Zinc® Plus: preventive dose 1.25 ml per day. Place up to serving in water, juice or a smoothie. The dose for respiratory diseases 2.5 ml per day, or after consultation with a doctor, temporarily even higher. We recommend using it with food as it may cause mild nausea on an empty stomach. 

Capsules D3K2 ReSet®: Take 1 capsule a week with food that contains fat. The dose can be increased after consultation with a doctor. Take in the morning or at noon, taking in the evening may impair the ability to fall asleep.

The dosage of vitamin D in the USA differs from the dosage in the EU, therefore the dose stated varies from the original label. If you have any questions about the interaction of the product with an existing medical condition or if you are taking prescription medications, see your doctor as well.

Vitamin C ReSet®: Mix this delicious powder in 240-480 ml of water and drink it throughout the day or use the powder to flavour your favourite smoothie or ReStructure® protein.
